Wholesale Terms

INTERESTED IN A WHOLESALE ACCOUNT WITH MONARQUE? We are so excited to partner with you! Applications are reviewed Monday through Friday, 8:30-5:00 CT, please allow 24 hours for a confirmation email. If you submit outside of business hours, rest assured we will respond quickly.  All new wholesale partners must be approved by Monarque.

MINIMUMS: Minimum opening order: $200. Reorder minimum: $200

SHIPPING WITHIN CONTINGIOUS 48 US STATES: Free shipping on orders of $500+.  All orders below $300 will be charged the least expensive rate based on Shipstation. All orders from our Carrollton, TX warehouse.
*NOTE: Orders to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska will ship USPS Flat Rate boxes and charged appropriately.

INTERNATIONAL: We do not ship outside of the US or Canada.

CREDIT & PAYMENT: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. If we’re unable to charge your credit card, an email notification will be sent automatically. We’ll try to email you twice, but the third email will be the cancellation confirmation. Or you can apply for Net 30 terms if you’ve been in business for at least two years under your current name. Email sales@figdg.com with your credit sheet. We charge a $25 fee for all returned checks.

DAMAGES: Damaged product or order errors must be reported within five business days of delivery. If your shipment arrives injured in any way, please email sales@figdg.com. Photos are helpful and requested.

RETURNS: We do not accept returns unless the product is defective, or an error was made by Monarque or your sales rep. Please notify us of any issues within five business days of delivery.

WANT TO SELL ONLINE? Great! Approved brick-and-mortar customers can sell Monarque on their own website only. No other third-party sites are allowed. Violation of Monarque’ s online prices or policies will result in interruption or closure of your account. That doesn’t sound like fun, but we must do it. We are working together, so let’s support each other in this effort!
